A few weeks after Tony started school we were talking about our finances and how we would need about $40,000 in loans just to pay for our house for the next 27 months. We threw out the idea of selling the house and moving in with my parents and it just felt right.
About a week later Parker, Tony's brother, put up a sign and about a week after that literally the first people to walk through the house were interested. They will lease the house for a few months with the hopes of buying it in under a year. Plus they wanted to move in by July 1st.
Everything was working out perfectly except that meant we only had a week and a half to get out. AHHH! Oh well I would much rather do it before the baby is born.
And so the packing began...
