After 4 ear infections, good ol' "doctor feel good" has decided our Indie Boo needs tubes in her ears. Tony took her to the E.N.T. today and he concurred.
So after July 1st Boozie should be ear infection free. There are a few downsides: a. she can't get water in her ears and 2. she can't get water in her ears. Tony said, "I don't think the doctor understands what that means to us." This poor little fishy will just have to keep her head above the water this summer.
A very small price to pay for good hearing.
P.S. Britnie, this is Indie eating the pork barbacoa. She loved it almost as much as we did.

Good luck! Cole had tubes in 3 different times and Dayne as well (once or twice for her, I can't remember). I hope it works! (:
I hope everything works out ok with the tubes. I have seen so many pictures of her swimming. The video clip of her kicking and the life jacket was adorable. Wyatt wanted to watch it at least 30 times. He either said "oh cute" or would just giggle. Hopefully you can find a way for her to still enjoy the water. I'm glad you enjoyed the pork.
yeah the whole swimming thing would kill us. they wanted to put tube in wilohm's ears and i said, "well lets wait a few months and see if it gets better." really i was just saying...we have to wait til summer is over.
Okay, is that why we haven't seen you at the pool? It's been forever!
My Mia got tubes in her ears in December and it has made such a difference. I got some earplugs for her for Cherry Hill and they don't even bother her. Good luck! (Oh, and the surgery isn't as bad as you would think.)
